Hood by Air have returned with all new colorful silhouettes that comes at a crucial time for the iconic NY-based fashion house, hinting towards what's to come in the future. Named the "Veteran Collection", it reinforces the cultural significance and reverence the brand once had, and continues to have, in fashion - paying homage and hinting at the restoration of Hood by Air to its former glory. The garments encapsulate its military and utilitarian style that is as much comfortable as it is functional, utilising the obvious martial influence in each graphic as well as its use of solid and bold color offerings.

The Veteran Collection, being the second of the three narratives in prologue, acts as a precursor to the brands official return. Previously, Hood by Air launched its first official ready-to-wear collection with Naomi Campbell acting as the face of the campaign, aptly named -Mother. The brand has been seeking to work with iconic muses during its return, showcasing strong and powerful black female icons in the creative industry, beginning with Mary J Blige styled in HBA for the September cover of Garage Magazine, then Rihanna in the January issue of Essence Magazine.
